Anyone is free to register as long as you are a true fan of Shizuka Arakawa.

Before posting anything, please take some time first to read this forum's rules.

1. English please
Since this is an international community, may I remind everyone that English is the universal language in this forum. Interviews and articles not written in English may be posted as long as an English translation is placed before or after it.

2. No Spamming
Spamming includes:
a. Posting any materials or comments that are offensive or pornographic
b. Advertising other forums or sites in any part of this forum except in the Other Sites or Forums which can be found here.
c. This is a fan forum dedicated to Shizuka Arkawa, so the discussion of other skaters can only be done here.

3. Always give credits.

4. If you wish to have this forum affiliate your site, simply contact and pm (personal message) me. I would ask this forum to be put up on your site, and once it is, your site will immediately be an affiliate of the Shizuka Arakawa Forum.

5. Don't be shy, speak up! Please make this forum alive and friendly for everyone. Most especially, enjoy and share everything you know about Shizuka!
